Many reports showed that the U.S. is fighting China censorship. As Chinese,it is nature that we are concerned about government's censorship.Green Dam is China's censorship software that,as of July 1st,must be installed in any computer sold in China.Chinese computer users have the right to say yes or no to this software, according to the survey, most of users said they will uninstall the software immediately.

The U.S. government, including many persons and companies, are seriously concerned about the Green Dam,including wide-ranging concerns about the scope of the measure, the censorship implications, trade impact and security flaws which create serious problems for the IT industry and Chinese consumers.

The wall Street Journal reported a new wrinkle in China's battle to censor computers.U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke and U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk sent a joint letter to China today that demands China lift a requirement that computers sold to its people include software to censor the internet. They claim it violates World Trade Organization guidelines. Seriously concerned about China censorship Does the U.S. have ulterior motives

It's ridiculous to Chinese public that the U.S. government is seriously concerned about China censorship. Is the U.S. really concerned about Chinese consumers,or Chinese internet freedom? It's unbelievable.Every country has the right to censorship the information they thought harmful. If the U.S. is concerned about China censorship too much,Not only will Chinese not feel grateful, but they also think the the U.S. has ulterior motives.
