According to the voice of China,a few days ago,BMW first entered the central state organs' supplier list.Which means that China state council and central ministries and other commissions directly under the state council can buy the world's top brand BMW as "official car".
Would Chinese people accept this? The report soon became a hot topic on the internet. Many people talked about their feeling.
The impression BMW give to people is that they are wealthy car.Why the car was integrated into the national public service perspetive.
Some experts thought there were four reasons. One is the brand and reputation of BMW.Two is that BMW can meet the special use as police cars,BMW has more 50 years experience of cooperation with the police and other security services.Three is the price factor,BMW government procurement is not inconsistent with the provisions of government procurement.BMW established a Love Fund when the SiChuan earthquake happened, and always supported the education and environmental protection is another reason. Are these reasons really true? The common Chinese don't think so.They can't accept BMW as one official car.Chinese civil service treatment has become a very significant issue.Part of the civil service has become synonymous with low-efficiency,low-capacity,high-income,high welfare, high corruption rate.
What's the feelings about BMW.They are high-profile, arrogant, rich, fashion, high above. They deeply conflict with the feelings of public servents,as simple, precise, clean, efficient, low-key.
Maybe it's a good news to BMW and other Auto makers. But it's really a bad news to public.
